The EPIM Forum is a unique Social Lab for the migration ecosystem to catalyse and cultivate other ways of working and relating to one another. It is a dynamic space for fostering connections, building infrastructure, and engaging in collective sensemaking, learning and visioning. Its roles include:
Building relational infrastructure: (the social connections, interactions, and collective intelligence that underpin the ecosystem’s ability to work together, trust, and the ability to solve problems, and drive change) and prototype it in real-time.
Being an imagination infrastructure: to grow the capacity of the ecosystem to collectively vision a future in which everyone belongs and precipitate actions that contribute to that purpose.
Collective sense-making and learning: a body that co-shapes and adjust EPIM’s and the ecosystem’s directions. Through its Executive Council and Cluster Committees, the Forum is involved in grantmaking and on-the-ground strategy.
