The project is led by Safe Passage International and implemented in partnership with Praksis, HIAS and Network for Children’s Rights.
The project aims to:
- ensure the ‘swift implementation of the family reunification procedures during the post covid-19 period’;
- identify and address most significant blockages and enable migrants to be transferred from Greece to be reunited with their families in the UK and France;
- recommend changes and better practices that facilitate access to the asylum system, crucially ensuring flexibility to family reunion provisions.
