The Routes of Taste - Integrated Temporary Guardianship

The project ‘The Routes of Taste’ is aimed at supporting the active inclusion of young people in Turin, Naples and Palermo by teaching them how to make ice cream. The first step will be the Turin Gelateria Popolare+ experience, by establishing a franchising brand to be adapted to the local areas’ peculiarities and set up courses addressed to the young people for the acquisition of the needed skills and organise relevant apprenticeships.

The project also supports young migrants in their path to autonomy through temporary guardianship, housing support, language support, and social inclusion support giving young people an active role in the community.
