Refugee rights subsiding?

This Thematic Report by the European Council for Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) documents the evolution of legal frameworks and practice regarding protection statuses granted in Europe and the rights available to their holders. The contents of this report draw on desk research, in particular the latest update of the Asylum Information Database (AIDA) country reports, which for the first time cover the content of protection and integration of beneficiaries of international protection across 20 European countries.
