Under a Double Lockdown: The Impact of COVID on EU Mobile Citizens´ Rights

With the support of EPIM, the European Citizen Action Service (ECAS) has published a study on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the efforts undertaken by the EU and national governments in order to contain it, on EU mobile citizens´ access to rights. The study draws on evidence obtained through desktop research, policy analysis, and a broad range of COVID-19-related enquiries made by EU citizens to ECAS´ Your Europe Advice service.
