Using Alternatives to Detention (ATD) as a Systems Change strategy

The International Detention Coalition, which is coordinating the EPIM-funded European ATD Network, has published a new report on using Alternatives to Detention (ATD) as a systems change strategy towards ending immigration detention and building migration governance systems that ensure dignity and human rights.

The paper was written for civil society organisations, grassroots groups and individuals working in advocacy, community organising, academia, law, research, policy and direct service provision, and particularly for representatives of communities directly impacted by immigration detention, who are interested in working to reduce, and ultimately end immigration detention.
