Communicating on Migration
EPIM’s Thematic Fund on Strategically Communicating on Migration aims to enable increased weight of civil society organisations’ messages and recommendations to contribute to a more nuanced political and public discourses on migration in and across EU Member States and at EU-level.
The dedicated support to civil society organisations working on migration is recognising their role as legitimate and potentially powerful links to local communities and their realities who are underrepresented in a discourse across Europe which has been dominated over recent years by those with outspoken negative views on migration.
